By participating in this promotion, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these terms and conditions, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges and warrants that s/he is eligible to participate in this promotion. By participating, entrants hereby release and agree to hold harmless Sullivan Tire and Auto Service, Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, and their respective affiliated entities, and each of their directors, employees, officers, and agents, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prizes or participation in any prize-related activities. Five winners will be randomly selected. Each winner will receive one ride aboard the Goodyear Blimp, slated for a 40 minute flight. The winners will be randomly selected on Thursday, June 12, 2025 and contacted privately by a member of the Sullivan Tire and Auto Service team via phone and/or email. The winner will have until Monday, June 16, 2025 by 10:00am EST to claim the prize. If the winner does not claim the prizes by the specified date and time indicated in the rules and/or terms and conditions of the sweepstakes, Sullivan Tire reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the original winner and a new winner will be chosen. The new winner will have 24 hours from the direct message time and date to also claim the prizes. If they do not claim the prize within the time frame, the process will continue, and a new winner will be chosen. Transportation to and from the event and any costs associated with it are the responsibility of the winner. Winners must provide a valid email address. Sullivan Tire reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sullivan Tire's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the sweepstakes. In such case, Sullivan Tire may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sullivan Tire.
