Our company’s success can be attributed to hard work, integrity, team spirit, a passion for the business, community involvement, and a staff of the most dedicated and customer service oriented people any company could ask for.  We want our employees to feel like a member of the family. We have a fantastic track record of employee loyalty. In fact, over 25% of our workforce has been with us for 10 years or more. That is unheard of in this day and age.

Since 1955, the investment in our associates has enabled our company to continually grow and develop the skills needed to take on the ever-changing world in which we live.

As our company continues to grow, we are dedicated to not only maintaining the culture that has brought us great success, but also improving on it. For that reason, we conduct an employee survey every two years to be sure we are doing the right things to keep our fellow team members engaged and satisfied. While we are proud that we consistently score very high on these surveys, we strive for continual improvements. Many of our employee programs have derived from responding to feedback from these surveys.

Our founder, Bob Sullivan, was often heard saying, “I want every employee to be as happy coming to work on Monday morning as they are leaving with their paycheck on Friday afternoon!”
