I wanted to share my positive experience with your Sullivan Tire location in Norwood. My family and I bring all of our cars there, and we are consistently treated exceptionally well. From routine oil changes to tire services and other offerings, the staff is always professional and a pleasure to work with. There have been times when I've shown up with questions, and they always accommodate me and manage my expectations effectively. I had an emergency with my car down the street at Costco and searched for a tire/brake company nearby and Sullivan Tire came up. I called and spoke with Jesse. Mind you, this was a Saturday afternoon and Jesse, the manager, could have said sorry. But he did not and said if we get there before 2p, he would have us out before 5p. He was right, and in fact a little early (4:30ish). He was professional, thorough and most importantly, polite.
