I had a great experience today at Sullivan Tire in Norwood. I called at about 12:30 and was told to come in today, which I did. Jessie was very professional and guided me through the next three service call suggestions. I have a 2014 Subaru and he assured me that if I continue to maintain the car it should last a good long time. I have been going to the Norwood location for over 30 years and I have yet to have a complaint about the customer service or the work done. I have been going to the same location in Norwood for all of my non warranty service for well over 25 years. I have never found a better repair shop. They almost always completely fix the problem, they make it right without any discussion the few times the repair hasn’t been perfect. Very highly recommended 3/3/2026
