Jim has been an employee at Sullivan Tire since 2003 and has been in the automotive industry for over 20 years. Jim has received an Automotive Certificate from Northeastern University, is a TIA ATS Certified Instructor and is also a certified welder. When he is not at the shop, Jim enjoys watching movies, cooking, restoring cars, traveling, watching hockey and soccer and has a true passion to educate people. In addition to speaking English, he is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.

In the many years that I’ve owned a vehicle I have always found myself skeptical of repair shops. I was referred to the Sullivan Tire in Norwell and to only deal with Steve. I entered with caution and ready to not be ripped off; but to my amazement Steve cared more about my concerns and safety. His professionalism exceeded my expectations. I wondered to my self, either this guy is a really good sales guy or he is a legit man that cares about his customers. The answer was clear as day, when he explained everything to me in such detail without “geeking” out. His patience was equivalent to a saint. It takes a lot for me to take the time to write a recommendation or acknowledge someone for the hard work and excellent job they’ve done, because I feel it ends up going nowhere. I hope this gets to Mr. Sullivan and Steve. Mr. Sullivan I have been in the customer service industry for over 25 years; both you and I know the customer service is not something you learn, it is a GIFT! Steve has this gift, which leads to profit! Tires sells themselves. What Steve did is make me feel at home, he brought that old school feeling, when you find “that guy” you trust, “that mechanic” “your guy”. Mr. Sullivan in my opinion as someone who is contributor to this community as you; I think Steve could do a lot more for your company. 8/18/2019
