I brought my car in to the Nashua location on Amherst st for an oil change after 5 and I was met with outstanding customer service. I told them over and over I am sorry I am showing up late and they said not a problem at all and literally had no negative attitude towards my request. They made sure to stay after and make sure my car was completed before the shift and when I arrived I was met with smiling faces and not one bad attitude. I just want to note that because of this experience, I will make sure I am back along with my family as well because of the service I received while at the Nashua location. Please thank the techs and behind the counter workers for their great attitude. I did not feel at all once that I was a hinder, I felt like I was bringing my car in for an oil change at the beginning of their shift. Thank you a ton again Sullivan Tire 6/3/2026

I’ve always had great experiences here. I am never sold anything that I don’t need and I even hear employees working with other customers and describing what is absolutely necessary and what can wait. Interactions like that mean a lot during times like this when money can be tight for people. I love the low pressure atmosphere and the quality work that is done.
