Called ahead to see if maybe I could come in early as my scheduled opened up and the person on the phone said by all means come in. I showed up and not only did they start the service on my vehicle, but the person behind the counter, Peter, did it himself! This is the true definition of 100% customer service satisfaction. I'll never go elsewhere and I don't even live in Melrose, I drove there from Boston. 3/31/2026

The staff is SUPER. I went in, expecting just a puncture fix and ended up getting three new tires -- not because they hassled or coerced me to buy new, but because they explained the options and allowed me to choose. They finished the job within the estimated time, and after a joke and a smile, I picked up my car, and they even remembered my name! Now THAT is great customer service and the reason I will keep returning to Sullivan. 3/28/2026
