I brought my car in yesterday afternoon without an appointment because the temperature gauge was going right up to Hot. I knew I was leaking something but not sure what and even if I knew I also knew I couldn't possibly fix it myself. Nick said they would try to get it in same day but no guarantee. Not a problem since he sent me home in an Uber and I told him to keep it overnight. Water pump and a couple of other 'things'. I got a call this morning at about 10:30...my car was ready. Oh, I also had a price yesterday. I never quibble about price with Sullivan Tire because they have taken care of my 18 year old car for more years than I can remember and I have never once felt cheated or taken advantage of because I am a woman. I trust the counter people and I trust the mechanics completely. 6/20/2023
