Easily scheduled appointment online for the Braintree, Common Street location because my tire light kept coming on. Arrived at scheduled 9am time. I had bought the tire maintenance and protection plan on all 4 tires 1/2022. As it turned out my tire had a hole and I needed a new one. I was so happy I bought the protection plan. The cost of my tire was pro-rated. I was out of there at 9:50am with my new tire installed. The folks at this location are always professional and explain everything. The price was even nicer because this was tax free weekend in MA. Thank you Sullivan Tire. 8/13/2023
