Joe absolutely saved my day on Thursday. I got a flat tire on the highway. When I went to call AAA for roadside service I called the wrong number and almost got scammed out of $350 from someone posing as AAA. Fast forward to an hour later, I couldn’t find anyone around to get 4 new tires while I was at work. Joe told me to come right down. He explained everything to me and didn’t hesitate when I asked if he could do an oil change too. When I got stuck at work, Joe stayed open for an extra 5 minutes so I could race down to get my car. He very well could’ve have just told me I was out of luck but he knew I had an hour commute ride home after leaving Canton. Joe showed exceptional customer service and also kept me informed on what was going on with my car. I need some additional work on my car and I will absolutely be bringing my car back to Sullivan Tire in Canton. Thank you Joe for making a hectic day a bit less stressful. 9/23/2023
