Let's face it. Bringing one's vehicle in for service is not something most people look forward to. We just want to go someplace we trust and hopefully not have to pay too much to get things fixed. I have never been disappointed with Sullivan Tire. They always under-promise and over-deliver. I used an AI website to get information on the cost for rear brakes and rotors. I was given the range and approximate price for the area I live in. Sullivan was at the bottom end of the range! But it's not just about the price. We also had experienced vibration at high speeds. This could be due to a number of different factors, some of which were very costly. We were happy that the problem was fixed by merely re-balancing all four tires. The shop is very tidy, and the waiting area is very comfortable. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Please, don't ever change!! 8/6/2025
