Was extremely impressed that a service tech met me in the parking lot at my appointment time as I didn't want to turn off the car as it would need to be jumped again to get it into a bay. A few minutes later the manager said the battery tested 20% capacity and he was replacing under warranty. You installed it 27 months ago. 15 minutes later he said I was all set. I asked 'You didn't have to order the battery?' and he said, "When you called the other day for the appointment I called up your records and thought it would be wise to have a battery already here." Then to my surprise the cost was $0.00. I questioned why as I was expecting a prorated warranty on the battery & would have to pay for the installation. He said, 'Nope, we put it in, we back it.' I have been a great fan of Sullivan tire for many years but you guys totally surprised me today. You want a testimonial or anything, let me know. You are amazing! 2/11/2026

The guys in Abington always do what’s best for the customer. The dealership tries to push items you don’t need for profit whereas Sullivan Tire treats you like a family member, telling only what you need. I also have never been told we’re too busy, I’m sure with the arctic weather they must have been busy with batteries and wipers and I did the online appointment and my car was done in 2 hours. Thanks for being a trusted company and shop me and my family will always use. 2/9/2026
