The Customer Service Rep Angelica was very helpful, kind, and professional. She really knew her stuff! I have been coming to the Somerville location for several years and have never been disappointed even with the change of personnel. I always ask about the kind of work being done and they never hesitate to explain exactly what it is. Plus, if I have a question about the parts on the final invoice, they explain those very clearly, too. Sullivan Tire has always provided the best people at the front desk, the best mechanics in the bays working on our cars, great deals, and excellent warranties. Our 2016 Subaru Outback is the third vehicle that we have entrusted to this team for tires and general automotive repairs.
