Sullivan Tire Partnership Highlight!

A Partnership Highlight

This month’s Sullivan Tire Instant Savings feature our partners, Continental and Yokohama, so we thought it was the perfect time to feature these manufacturers and share just how proud we are to work with them.

As we continue celebrating our 70th year in business it does not escape us how critical creating and maintaining strong relationships like these in the tire industry, has been to our growth. Not only are they important in establishing variety and security for our customer base, but they’ve also been reliable and supportive partners who we know have our back, as much as we have theirs. So, that all said, let's take a closer look at these tire manufacturers and what their stories are!

Continental Tire

Continental Tire, founded in 1871 in Hanover, Germany, brings over 150 years of tire manufacturing expertise to its partnership with Sullivan Tire. As one of the world's largest tire manufacturers, Continental has been a key supplier for Sullivan, offering a wide range of passenger, light truck, and commercial vehicle tires.

Our relationship with Continental has strengthened over decades, with both of us sharing core values of innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. Continental's German engineering heritage complements our service-oriented approach, giving New England drivers access to some of the most technologically advanced tires available.

It’s been a terrific partnership, one that we look forward to continuing for a long time to come.

Yokohama Tire

Yokohama Tire Corporation, established in 1917 in Japan, has grown into a global tire manufacturer known for its high-performance and all-season options. Our partnership with Yokohama brings these premium products to customers throughout the Northeast.

As a show of solidarity and appreciation, our Vice President of Marketing, Paul Sullivan, recently visited Yokohama's state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Salem, Virginia.

“We wanted to go down and recognize the hard work of the people on the Yokohama plant floor,” Sullivan said. “We truly appreciate the quality tires they build – products that we put on our customers’ vehicles throughout New England each and every day. It was impressive to watch them in action and to hear their stories and feel their passion.” —Paul Sullivan, Source: Tire Review

The meeting offered valuable insight into the latest manufacturing technology and sparked new ideas on how to grow our partnership in the future. It’s a relationship we value deeply and will continue to grow for years to come!

Looking to the Future

To our drivers, the relationships between Sullivan Tire, Continental, and Yokohama translate to better selection, expert advice, and reliable performance on the road. Continuing the tradition of excellence that has defined Sullivan Tire for nearly seven decades!
